Services
All services are provided based on the scope of work agreed upon between Nita Design and the client.
Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees and timelines.
Quotes & Proposals
All quotations and proposals provided by Nita Design are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Project pricing may vary depending on project requirements, complexity, and requested revisions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and project requirements.
- Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and materials required for the project.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain backups of their website and business data when applicable.
Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.
Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice.
For most projects:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Final files, website launch, or project transfer may be withheld until full payment is received.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved website design and project deliverables, excluding:
- Third-party software
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Stock images
- Licensed assets
These items remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Nita Design reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Services
Projects may utilize third-party services including:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways
- Analytics tools
- Marketing platforms
Nita Design is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Website Maintenance
Unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement, clients are responsible for:
- Website updates
- Security monitoring
- Backups
- Hosting renewals
- Domain renewals
Limitation of Liability
Nita Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee:

- Specific sales results
- Continuous website uptime
- Compatibility with all third-party systems
Termination
Either party may terminate a project by written notice.
Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly, and outstanding payments remain due.
